Prior to founding CCE, Cobb established an excellent reputation in the design-build industry, directing design and construction of industrial, commercial medical/health care, housing and public sector projects across the United States and several International locations. He retired from Haskell in 2004 as its Executive Vice President and COO where he was responsible for all project delivery business units which included more than 1300 employee. Cobb holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering.
