Prior to founding CCE, Cobb established an excellent reputation in the design-build industry, directing design and construction of industrial, commercial medical/health care, housing and public sector projects across the United States and several International locations. He retired from Haskell in 2004 as its Executive Vice President and COO where he was responsible for all project delivery business units which included more than 1300 employees. Cobb holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering.

Scheele joins CCE as Project Director with over forty-five years of experience in the construction industry. He is conversant with the most common project delivery systems, including design-build, construction manager at risk and the competitive bid process. His possesses extensive knowledge in a variety of construction project types, including federal prisons, mid-rise and standard multi-story office buildings, schools, churches, student housing projects, senior living and skilled nursing, condominiums and hospitals. Scheele has effectively led all phases and aspects of the construction process from preconstruction to construction and onto facility occupancy. Scheele holds a BS degree in Construction Management and is a licensed Florida General Contractor.
